Privacy policy EjaContro

EjaContro is a Mobile device Application for iPhone, iPad and Android devices that may help in the treatment of premature ejaculation. This Privacy Policy describes how we may collect, use and disclose information about users of the Services. The "Services" for purposes of this Privacy Policy means the App content, its services and all information provided to you in connection with your use of the App, without limitation, news, reference content, tools, applications, sponsored programs, advertising, email communications, continuing education and discussion boards. We may share information collected under this Privacy Policy among the App that we each own or control, but information collected under this Privacy Policy is always protected under the terms of this Privacy Policy.

In this section of our Privacy Policy, we discuss the information we may collect about you in connection with your use of the Services, which can include "Personal Information" (i.e., information that we can use to identify you, such as your name or email address) and "Non-Personal Information" (i.e., information that we do not use to identify you). As described below, we may associate Non-Personal Information with Personal Information and upon doing so such information will become Personal Information.

• Registration.
  When you register to become a member of the EjaContro mobile app, we request certain Personal Information from you such as your name, age and email address. You may choose to update and/or supplement the Personal Information that you provided at registration at any time through your account settings.



• Public Forums:
  When you post a comment on a discussion board or other public forum, by default your username will be displayed along with your comment. You may choose to display additional information in your public forum profile by adjusting your discussion profile settings, and in some instances you may be able to customize your username specifically for commenting purposes. Information that you post within a public forum is public information and may be used by us and third parties, as further described in the EjaContro Terms of Use.



• Adverts:
  When you use the Services you may be presented with advertisements and informational programs, in each case consisting of content selected by third party sponsors, including pharmaceutical companies. All advertisements and Sponsored Programs will be identified to you by the label Advertisement, Information from Industry, Sponsored or some similar designation indicating that the content has been selected by a third-party sponsor



• We are caching the posts by using the methodology core data so that the user can preview the already loaded posts, when offline.




• Additional Forms:
  From time to time we may offer you the opportunity to receive additional information or services from us or from third parties. If you wish to receive such information, you may be asked to provide additional Personal Information to fulfill the request. We may use such information as described in this Privacy Policy and the third party, if applicable, will use such Personal Information as described at the point of collection.

• Communications.
  By registering for the App, you are consenting to receive certain communications. Specifically, we may use your registration information to send you communications about our products and services and the products and services of our third party sponsors through pop-ups, banners and emails. You may also subscribe to receive certain email newsletters sent to registered users from time to time which you may manage through the newsletter subscriptions area within your account settings.



• Marketing and Advertising.
  In connect with advertising and marketing activities, We may:

  • Work with third parties to allow advertisers to serve you ads within the EjaContro app using information that such advertisers have collected from third party sources. For example, if you looked at an advertisement for an automobile on a third party website you may receive an advertisement for that automobile on a Site through the use of cookies.

  We use information that we collect about users of our Services, including Personal Information, to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the Services, to develop new Services and for market analysis. We may combine this information with information that we obtain from third parties.



• Account Management.
  We may use your account information to administer your account, respond to your inquiries you send to us and to send you administrative communications about the Services.



• Aggregated Information.
  We may provide aggregated information about users of our Services to third parties as we deem appropriate in our sole discretion.



• Consent:
  We may disclose your Personal Information to a third party in a manner not addressed by this Privacy Policy subject to your consent.



• Legal Requirements:
  We may release account and other Personal Information when we believe release (1) is required to comply with valid legal requirements such as a law, regulation, search warrant, subpoena or court order; or (2) is reasonable in response to a physical threat to you or others, to protect property or defend or assert legal rights of us or others.

• Account Information.
  You may update your registration information at any time through the Account Management feature available on each of the Sites and Apps. You may also contact Dr Farrag at mohamadfarrage@gmail.com and request that your registration information be updated or deleted. Upon your request, we will delete your registration information from our active databases and where feasible, from our backup media. Note that if we delete your account, we may maintain certain demographic information about you for product improvement purposes..



• Email Communications.
  If you no longer wish to receive a particular type of email communication from EjaContro, you may unsubscribe by sending us an email with an unsubscribing request.
